Orders & Refunds

  • All our jewellery pieces are Made-to-Order; therefore, we do not accept refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind.

  • As all jewellery is made to order, modifications or cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will proceed to production and cannot be changed.

  • We carefully select all stones for our jewellery settings to ensure the highest quality. However, as natural stones are unique, slight variations in colour and appearance may occur.

  • The production time is approximately 4 weeks. The lead time for Bespoke Jewellery will be communicated to the customer before the order is placed. Once the item is completed, it will be shipped via a first-class registered service. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 5 to 10 days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us for assistance.

  • Our jewellery undergoes a rigorous quality control process before shipping. In the event that the product you receive is faulty or does not meet your order specifications, please contact us immediately at info@cindykuo.co.uk to arrange a return.

  • Please note that any duties and taxes incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All promotions are not valid in conjunction with any other discounts or offers unless otherwise specified. Our company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, and retains the final right of interpretation without prior notice.

Care Instructions & Warranty

  • We offer complimentary resizing and cleaning services for the first year. For any future jewellery services, we can provide a quote upon request.

  • To maintain the longevity of your jewellery, we recommend storing it in a dry place and avoiding contact with harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures. While we ensure the highest quality craftsmanship, we do not cover damage caused by improper care or accidents.
